Shocking is not a strong enough word to describe this horror befalling Canada. For decades, here in UK, some natural supplements have slowly been banned, suppressed or so deliberately bad-mouthed that it has put people off buying certain remedies. It is imperative that we now remember our roots, our heritage, and re-learn/educate ourselves about wild food foraging and herbal healing. Folk are going to have to come together, learn from each other, share and care. Shine on Rachel X

You are courageous and thank you. Remember , it might seem an echo chamber, but you are not alone.... Glad to hear you have an allotment . I encourage you to spend as much time there and at the beach as possible. Being in a parallel universe seems to be the most promising resistance we have now. X

Thank you. But, I am not brave. My conscience speaks for me, when all my ego wants to do is run!

I have just followed you, and have left the following comment on your first post. I feel moved to share it here, in the hope that it will counter some of the sarkiness of my post.

Yes, our spiritual evolution will ultimately be our salvation, and we will achieve greater levels of enlightenment, as you say, by co-creating the future we wish to see, with That Which Creates All. I also believe that the emphasis needs to be focused on this.

I also advocate for this: an idea is only dangerous if we take it seriously, (more people should have laughed at Hitler), but we must be united in our laughter - well-informed - see 'them' coming - and laugh hard enough, and long enough, to change the climate we now live in - like all the butterflies in China flapping their wings in unison, to change the wind direction so that it is felt at the other side of the world.

I completely agree that we should not give 'them' our power by moaning about what 'they' are doing... Or, woe betide us, through fighting. We will stand in our power when we say "no", and refuse to comply with 'their' impositions. Our laughter will rob them of 'their' power, and our refusal to comply with 'their' systems, in favour of our own, will precipitate the dissembling of 'their' efforts.

When they have lost the fight with 'us', through non-compliance and an unwillingness to fight, all they will have left is the fight with each other. As Catherine Austin Fitts says, the story of Gideon is unfolding.

I'm not into patriarchal gods, or Christian dogma, but I feel compelled to type out the following, so that the essence of what it speaks of has more power, by me lending it my voice...

Our Father, who art in Heaven

Hallowed be thy name

Thy Kingdom come

Thy Will be done

On earth as it is in Heaven

Give us this day our daily bread

And forgive us our trespasses

As we forgive those who trespass against us

And lead us not into temptation

But deliver us from evil

For thine is the kingdom

The power and the glory

For ever and ever

Amen

When we love all, even our persecutors, then we will oscillate at a frequency that will permit the manifestation of Heaven on earth, that we so want to bring into being.

Much love. x x x

Horrific news for Canada, I didn't know it was fully banned. Beyond shocking.

Love you for speaking out, love you are in the UK, and so appreciate someone here so awake on it all. I am surrounded by sleepers. Warned shop workers and got the same response. Told them about the cash, self service tills, cameras, and got looked at like I was a nutter. I have a de-g00gld phone, no TV or radio pr0pagand@. Do not use bar codes, use cash, no loyalty cards, and setting myself up to never step foot in a Supermarket again. Yes it is all inconvenient, but convenience got us here. I read labels like a basset hound to sniff out baddie ingredients. Processed food is full of rapeseed oil. I watched a field of it being sprayed by a huge tractor with super long arms SOAKING it thoroughly with toxic pesticides just before 'harvesting', and will not go near it. All part of the p0isoning and dumbing down.

The upside is more and more people will get it, and come to find people like you, and small businesses will thrive. You can imagine I fit right in with the normies LOL, but these days, to fit in with regular society is not a good thing. I am PROUD to be awake! :)

Hi Lynn, I love, love, love your comment. Thanks so much. x x x Yes, I think we all need to reach out to people to set up a 'People's Supermarket' in each town... volunteer run, with enough people to only do a couple of hours work a month... then receive all food stuffs at cost in return... for cash... no QR's and facial recognition etc... supporting local farmers and paying them a fair price etc... Non-volunteers pay full price for products to cover the cost of renting of premises etc... If there's interest, then I will happily flesh out this idea so that we can give info packs to those interested in doing it in their area. If you would like to help me do that, then this would be amazing. x x x

Thanks Pam. x x x It's deeply tempting not to, but ultimately I feel compelled to do it... I just hope that what I write inspires people to engage at a local level to say no to what's happening. Prevention is always better than the cure.
